The c-a-d button jokes sure do get tiring. It has nothing to do with lockups or blue screens. It's about being able to log in quickly or access the security dialog when using the standard windows GINA rather than the "welcome screen" - like for the many tablet used in business' active directory domains. Stop the FUD.
